答:教师面试各地可能采用不同形式,涉及问题当然也是千差万别,没有最佳答案,很多地方不采用现场答题形式,而是采用模拟讲课形式。
这种形式主要考查考生对课堂教学的驾驭能力,传授知识的能力及解决问题的能力。通过模拟讲课就能淮确判断你是否是合格的教师。
常考的题目有很多,尤其是八年级下学期力学部分,比如浮力、阿基米德原理、物体的浮与沉、机械效率等,当然光学和电学也有一些常考点,我觉得备考的时候还是做到全面准备,不管是感觉简单的还是难的都要做好充分的准备,这样考场上才能做到从容不慌。

小学英语教师面试在试讲的时候不需要全程说英语的。
这个也要根据实际情况来定,你可以全程说英语,也可以中英结合,这样小学生理解起来会更容易一些,因为考试本身就是一次试讲的一个过程,不要让学生能听懂你讲的课才行,监考老师就是学生的角色。
