小学英语教师面试在试讲的时候不需要全程说英语的。
这个也要根据实际情况来定，你可以全程说英语，也可以中英结合，这样小学生理解起来会更容易一些，因为考试本身就是一次试讲的一个过程，不要让学生能听懂你讲的课才行，监考老师就是学生的角色。

讲解：

其次看见你要当一名私立学校的小学英语老师，看起来我觉得应该是那种国际学校吧。家长把孩子送到这样的学校里是为了之后的出国留学做准备，让孩子口语能力在小时候打好基础，不惧怕和金发闭眼的外国人说话，所以我觉得对于口语上也应该有所准备。
最后我觉得是在着装上要具有亲和力，不建议穿正装，因为即使当时面对的是面试官，也是要把他们当做学生来假想，不要让他们觉得孩子们看见你可能会紧张什么的。
