其次看见你要当一名私立学校的小学英语老师,看起来我觉得应该是那种国际学校吧。家长把孩子送到这样的学校里是为了之后的出国留学做准备,让孩子口语能力在小时候打好基础,不惧怕和金发闭眼的外国人说话,所以我觉得对于口语上也应该有所准备。
最后我觉得是在着装上要具有亲和力,不建议穿正装,因为即使当时面对的是面试官,也是要把他们当做学生来假想,不要让他们觉得孩子们看见你可能会紧张什么的。
